About Me

I got into real estate because of my own experience selling a home. It was overwhelming. What I remember most are the agents who were disciplined, explained things clearly, and answered every question fast — and the ones who weren’t. That contrast is the whole reason I do this work the way I do.

Before real estate, I built my career in housing operations. I started as a desk clerk, earned my Certified Occupancy Specialist certification, and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager running a 60-unit building in downtown San Francisco. Inspections, compliance, budgets, residents — I’ve seen how housing actually works from the inside, which is not something most agents can say.

I’m also an investor myself, and I spent time as an acquisitions agent for New Western, where you have to know the numbers cold or the deal doesn’t work. So when we talk about what a home is worth, I’m not just pulling comps. I know what makes the math work — whether you’re buying your first place or your fourth rental.

My goal is simple: to help you buy or sell for the best possible price, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of hassle. I’ll look out for your interests at every turn, and you’ll never be left guessing what happens next.
